Shchurovsky cement plant is the first cement plant in Russia, founded in 1870. The plant is part of the CEMENTUM holding and has a full production cycle. Shchurovsky Cement Plant produces white and gray Portland cement.

The plant supplies its products to many construction sites, producing two types of cement. The first is Portland cement grade "400", used for ordinary construction work. The other type of product is a unique white cement, which is used for finishing work on the facades of buildings and in interior spaces.
