INTECO has implemented large-scale commercial real estate development programs. Its most ambitious completed projects include the Shuvalovsky, DOMINION, and Sadovye Kvartaly residential complexes, as well as socio-cultural and educational facilities such as the library and academic buildings of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and the "Worker and Kolkhoz Woman" monument.
