Teplo Potok conducts thermal imaging surveys of the following objects:

During the inspection, all problem areas that cannot be identified visually are identified. These may include:
- Sealing failures during window and door installation,
- Defects in the window and door units themselves,
- Deterioration, dampness, or lack of thermal insulation on the roof and building façade,
- Deterioration of the "chasing" of interpanel seams,
- Roof leaks,
- Leaks in underfloor heating or heating and hot water pipes,
- Blockages in radiators, which can be identified immediately with a thermal imager, without the need for dismantling.
